SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are listed for each item.

For multiple items, the highest group rate will be applied once to cover the entire order.

At checkout, if you are resident in M33, ensure that the free delivery option is selected from the drop down box.

All items posted will be sent via the Post Office, standard shipping, second class.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your items we will accept returns, or an exchange. Please email Dellodesigns@outlook.com with details. All requests for refunds must be made within 14 days. 
Refunds only apply to the original product price minus postage costs. If an item needs to be returned, and you are unable to deliver it yourself, all postage costs incurred must be paid by the customer.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective;
  • Bespoke or personalised orders

  • Items currently on sale

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment for bespoke items or commissions will be taken before the order can be processed.


Please note that we will wait for all payments to clear before delivery or shipping, and, if any issues arise with the payment, we will be in touch.
